4 or so days left...

We are on a plane in 4 or so days....Just gotta finish packing and we're ready to go....

14 Days to Go....

Well it's been a long 2 years of waiting and now we prepare to bring home our beautiful daughter. We feel like the luckiest family ever. We leave for China in just 2 weeks. We have a packing list, our plane tickets and a gotacha day of June 16th. We're just waiting for our Travel Visa to be delivered, which should come sometime next week.

We will Travel In June

Our Canadian Agency has said we will travel in June. We are expected to travel between June 11th and 26th. That's only a month away!!! We are still waiting for official travel approval from China, but that is normally not an issue.

China Here We Come!

We spoke with our agency the other night, and they say our Letter (of Seeking Confirmation) will be coming from the "Central China Adoption Agency" within the next few days. Once we sign and return the letter we just have to wait for our Travel Approval.

Our agency believes we will be travelling to China in the first or second week of June. We are elated!!

UPDATE - Our Letter arrived today (Friday) - 107 days it took!!! We signed it right away. It should be back on its way to China next Monday. Now we wait for our Travel Approval.

Countup from Letter of Intent

Count up since our Letter of Intent arrived in China. It normally takes 3-4 months (90-120 days) until we receive a Letter of Acceptance from China to adopt Lily. Once we receive this letter we then wait for travel approval to finally go to China and bring her home.
